Gold medal for Pain Cocotte.

Yesterday Olivier Guillemin received a gold medal in Strasbourg for his invention Pain Cocotte. He told Nice Matin that he never doubted the success of his invention, which was rewarded in the food category at the European Concours Lepine. It's a first for Monaco and for Guillemin, who hopes to launch the product into the takeaway food market. According to the inventor, he's already been contacted by 4 people interested in the bread based invention.
