Buses to Nice in 2011

Buses from Monaco to Nice will terminate at new stops from January 2011.

Nice Mairie has decided to demolish the bus station in the town centre. For regular travelers between Monaco and Nice, this means changes to the buses' stopping points.

The most popular bus, number 100 that travels along the basse corniche road taking in the seaside towns, will now start and terminate at a stop called Station J.C. Bermond. This is not too far from the old bus station, on a street between avenues Jean Jaures and Felix Faure, just above rue Alberti. Express bus 100x will also use this stop.

Those of you who enjoy the quiet 112 route from Beausoleil through Eze Village may be disappointed to learn that the Nice starting point has been moved some way out of the town centre. The bus terminus will be at tram stop Vauban, from where you can jump onto a tram to complete your journey into Nice.

No changes have been announced to bus stops in Monaco. More information can be found on the Nice town website.
