Young Monegasques are benefiting from work experience in the civil service.

Each year several jobs are made available for young people in administrative services. The experience and training courses offer opportunities in key positions of the civil service. Conditions of entry:

• minimum BAC +4
• under 30 years old
• Monegasque national

Around 5 or 6 applications per year are received, and each candidate takes part in an entry exam. This year 4 applicants have been accepted and are currently in training. They study theory and practice, written and oral skills, and learn management and the English language. Apprentices then take two work experience positions in different departments, lasting 4 months each.
