Conseil national : budget rectificatif voté

The revised 2011 budget was voted through by the Conseil National after 3 days' discussion.

Port Fees

Initial proposals for fees to increase by 400% over 3 years have been dropped. Small recreational boats up to 18 m receive a discount of 75%, and the increase in fees is to be limited to 50% over 3 to 4 years.

Monegasque Housing Aid

The current requirement for Monegasques to stump up 15% of the price in order to buy their state owned home is to be reduced. They will now have to find between 10% and 15%.

Salaries and Pensions

Salaries and pensions are to be adjusted for inflation.
