Monaco's DTC continues its world tour in Spain.

Last week the Direction du Tourisme (DTC) held two press conferences in Spain attended by 110 journalists. Around 6000 Spanish stayed in the Principality in 2009, which places them 8th in the ranking of nationalities visiting Monaco. The DTC quote figures from a survey by Nielsen for Atout France that say 72% of Spanish prefer city holidays, 52% cultural, 36% gastronomic, and 31% shopping.
