Prince Albert II gave his New Year speech Saturday.

In his annual speech, Prince Albert spoke of his wishes for the future. Commenting on the 100th anniversary of the 1911 Constitution, he spoke of the union of the Prince and the Monegasques upon which the Principality is built. He mentioned his forthcoming marriage and had special wishes for young people, the elderly, and entrepreneurs. You can read the full speech in French:
