Monaco's parliament opens its first public session of 2010.

The National Council opened its first ordinary, public session of 2010 on 7th April. On the agenda:

1. Renewal of officers
2. Renewal of secretaries
3. Renewal of members and chairmen of standing committees
4. Renewal of special committees, their members and chairmen
5. Renewal of delegations to committees and study commissions
6. Renewal of delegations and offices attached to international organizations
7. Announcement of Government bills
8. Announcement of proposed legislation
9. Review of all bills deposited by the Government
