Beausoleil mayor stops work in France.

On Friday, less than a month after leaving prison on bail, Gerard Spinelli, mayor of Beausoleil issued an order to stop work on Monaco's skyscraper Tour Odeon. The company managing the project, Vinci contested the order and continued to operate the site, if only on Monegasque land.

However today, local newspaper Monaco Matin reports that work has partially restarted on the French side. This is in order to finish off some of the construction that was interrupted by the order, and which, due to safety reasons, must be completed.
