The Conseil National is organizing meetings with professionals to refine its parliamentary proposed law on trusts.

France introduced its trust law in March 2010, and now the Conseil National is proposing one for Monaco. After receiving representatives of Monaco's banks from the Association Monegasque des Activites Financieres (AMAF), notaries, accountants and lawyers are being consulted about the legislation. It should be put to the vote during the next session of the Conseil National in December.
