The World Intellectual Property Organization ordered that the internet domain casino-monaco-gold.com to be transferred to Monaco's Societe des Bains de Mer.

SBM claimed that Around Pacific, an internet marketing company based in Allawah, NSW Australia, abused Monaco related trademarks and the domain had been registered in bad faith. Originally registered in January 2006, the domain currently shows a page of click-through adverts, commonly known as 'domain squatting'.

The case was originally submitted in October 2008 and on December 11, Debra J Stanek presiding over the case decided in favour of SBM.
