Monaco's image gets a boost

The forthcoming wedding of Prince Albert and Charlene Wittstock should spread happiness outside the Principality.

Communications adviser Jean-Luc Mano was in town yesterday when the engagement was announced. He's one of three experts working on Monaco's image [1] abroad, and gave an optimistic opinion on the effects of the happy couple's news:

• Lifting an internationally depressed economic situation with a touch of glamour, happiness and joie de vivre
