More traffic upheaval over summer.
The Antoine 1er tunnel that exits onto quai Antoine 1er (near Stars n Bars) is closed throughout August to allow drilling work for the UPTER waste water treatment plant. During the closure, motorists should access the quayside via avenue du Port and route de la Piscine.
