Franck Biancheri attended the annual Treaty Event - towards universal participation and implementation [1], which took place at the end of September at the United Nations Headquarters.
The event highlighted 42 treaties, of which the Principality is party to 18. Biancheri took the opportunity during his visit to ratify Monaco's signature on the Convention on Cluster Munitions [2].
