Stars n Bars branches out

Monaco restaurant Stars n Bars is to open a branch in Dubai.

Opened in July 1993, the Stars n Bars American style restaurant is a Monaco institution, frequented by locals and celebrities alike. It's famous for its burgers, kids play areas and laid back atmosphere. With a view over the fabulous yachts moored in the Principality's Port Hercule, its quayside terrace is transformed during the Monaco Grand Prix into part of the F1 team paddocks. In fact, building on the association with the famous F1 race, the restaurant's creators Kate Powers and Didier Rubiolo recently installed 6 car race simulators. With a choice of 45 race circuits and 500 cars, the new entertainment cost an estimated 120 000 euros.

And now Stars n Bars will be expanding by taking its family entertainment concept to Dubai. Bare Design Group have been employed to carry out the planning and design of the new venture which will carry the name Monte Carlo Stars. The name may change, but the family entertainment theme will remain the same.
