First results of survey revealed.
Yesterday morning, administrators and government officials gathered to hear the results of a survey to investigate the perception of Monaco in the world. Initial results show that the world loves Monaco but that the Principality should be more open. Interviews were carried out with opinion leaders, economists, financiers, politicians and journalists, in several countries. Some of the key results were:
Deeper analysis of the results is currently being carried out and will lead to a strategy for action. A budget of 5 million euros has been set aside for the campaign.

The survey was planned last year, in July 2009. At that time, Monaco called in 3 experts to help the Government change the perception of the Principality abroad. Involved in the project are:
