Chief of Staff to President of National Council.
Jean-Sebastien Fiorucci has been serving as Chief of Staff to the President of the National Council since Jean-Francois Robillon's election [1] in January this year. His position was made official with its announcement in the Journal de Monaco on Friday.
After studying law, Fiorucci taught at Nice University. In 2007 he joined the Department of International Affairs and was the first Monegasque to pass the United Nations National Recruitment Test. He was offered a post at the United Nations in New York in 2008, but turned it down to join Stephane Valeri's cabinet in the National Council in Monaco. He's been Special Assistant for National Council Legal Affairs since 2009.
